"Finding the Light Within" is a gentle, grounding day-retreat designed to help participants reconnect with themselves, soften their nervous system, and feel the quiet warmth of their own inner light. This experience blends meditation, somatic awareness, energetic clearing, and intuitive guidance in a way that feels accessible, inclusive, and deeply supportive.

This retreat includes:
Opening Meditation
A guided visualization to help participants return to themselves — releasing what isn't theirs, landing in their bodies, and reconnecting with their inner clarity, light, and heart center. Expect gentle imagery, breathwork, and intuitive guidance.

Somatic + Energy Clearing Session
A collective, energy-shifting experience combining breathwork, micro-movement, and energy clearing. This portion supports emotional softening and emotional release, helping participants feel lighter and more open without any individual healing performance.

Oracle Circle (Group Reading)
A collective tarot + oracle reading that reflects the shared energy of the room. The reading offers insight into what themes are rising, what the group is ready to let go of, and what inner light is ready to be seen and nurtured.

Integration & Journaling
A quiet space for reflection with thoughtful prompts that anchor the experience into the body and mind. Participants end with deeper self-connection, presence, and clarity. This will open time for 1:1 insight & coaching from Hannah.

Fresh flowers, crystals, and anointing oils will be available throughout the retreat for anyone to use, creating a soft sensory environment that supports grounding and inner illumination.

together, we’ll soften into the body, and craft 13 personal wishes for 2026 — each one infused with intention, intuition, and your own energy. hannah will be guiding & breaking down the numerology, symbolism, and energy of 2026.
